Area 1 is where the oil phases are stored and prepared.
Area 2 is where the oil is prepared for emulsion.
Area 3 is the water phase preparation tank
Area 4 is the emulsion tank. The oil phase is added first, and the water added to it
Area 5 is the low pressure pasteurization
Area 6 is a high pressure pump
Area 7 is a high pressure SSHE (scraped surface heat exchanger)
Area 8 is the pin rotor machine
Area 9 is a resting tube where the products could be waiting to be wrapped
Area 10 is a remelter, a plate heat exchanger.
